From 2018 – 2022 Kiet started selling 4G Mobile Proxy Services and while initially unsuccessful in finding clients on his own he quickly realized that becoming a “service provider” and having multiple independent resellers was the way to go. Some of his independent resellers were IPv4 Depot, Proxy Oasis, BlazingSwitch, ProxyGuys, and Zishion. Kiet provided each seller with a white labeled proxy portal which was hosted on his servers located on IP 199.188.90.155.
Further research indicates that ProxyGuys quickly became one of his largest resellers with over 2,000+ active customers paying for proxy licenses that were being resold from Kiet Chau from Vivid-Hosting, LLC.
In 2022 Kiet Tuan Chau and a long-time friend and proxy reseller Marcus Mamolen from IPv4 Depot joined together to form MobileHop.com proxy network. At this time they realized there was more money to be made by selling directly to the end customer instead of using dedicated resellers and thus in December 2022 they without notice terminated contracts with their resellers including ProxyGuys and their active customer base of over 2,000 subscribers.
Since Kiet Chau hosted the white-labeled proxy portal for all his resellers he was able to poach the customers from his resellers by placing large warning banners and signs within the resellers portal soliciting users to ditch their reseller and to sign directly with Vivid-Hosting, LLC (MobileHop.com) and then just days later without notice directly terminated all the proxy licenses the resellers had. This is how MobileHop.com was formed and formally launched in January 2023.

We also found an address of 8573 Petunia Way, Elk Grove, CA 95624 which appears to belong to Hong T Chau & Hong Helen Chau so this may be a family member’s residence. Helen Chau appears to be importing some random goods from China according to public records.
